Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Wimbledon location on a permanent, full-time basis. This position offers a salary of up to A334,000 annually, plus a performance bonus potential of up to A37,000 per year.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor with knowledge of gross profit and labour cost control. Most importantly, a passion for quality food and excellent guest service is essential. Experience in a quick service restaurant environment or managing a bar, restaurant, or contract catering unit is highly valued. You should enjoy leading and motivating teams while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
