Role Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Manager to join our Windsor location on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £34,000 annually, plus an achievable bonus potential of up to £7,000 per year. Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants are current Assistant Managers or experienced Supervisors with a good grasp of GP (Gross Profit) and labour cost control. A passion for food and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service are essential. Previous experience in quick service restaurants (QSR), bar or restaurant management, or contract catering is beneficial. The role requires leadership skills to train, inspire and develop a motivated team.
