Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external vendors supplying UPS, RF Injectors, and other third-party equipment and components.
• Oversee vendor operations, ensuring timely service, delivery performance, and adherence to schedules.
• Assist in inventory planning and forecasting focused on CT/MRI related third-party items to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Ensure consistent availability of equipment and spare parts through coordination with service teams and vendors.
• Monitor vendor deliveries, service timetables, and ensure compliance with contractual standards.
• Generate reports on inventory status, forecasts, and vendor performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in vendor management or third-party vendor coordination.
• Prior exposure to medical imaging devices such as CT and MRI is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of spare parts management and procurement processes for third-party components.
• Demonstrated skills in planning inventory, forecasting needs, and vendor interaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination capabilities.

Eligibility & Education

Applicants should possess a degree in any discipline or a B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical Engineering.
