Overview

The Pricing Coordinator for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is entrusted with the comprehensive management, governance, and enhancement of pricing and trade promotion functions. This role demands meticulous handling of promotional pricing accuracy, contract oversight, trade compliance, and ensuring superior service delivery. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers is vital to facilitate error-free trade execution and maintain data integrity, while driving continuous process improvements within TPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing processes throughout the TPM lifecycle emphasizing precision, punctuality, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish, review, and maintain promotional prices, trade allowances, rebates, and customer-targeted deals.
• Authenticate pricing data for promotions, contracts, and claims.
• Analyze and resolve pricing inconsistencies by identifying their underlying causes promptly.
• Ensure all pricing strategies and trade conditions adhere to approved governance frameworks.
• Compose, evaluate, and forward trade promotion contracts for quality control assessment.
• Maintain contract accuracy to reflect sanctioned pricing events and trade conditions.
• Administer promotional scheduling and update corresponding records across TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Assist in validation of claim processes and oversee trade expenditure verifications.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering (BE/BTech).
• A Master's degree is considered advantageous.
