About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at Tortilla Mexican Grill located in Kingston upon Thames. This full-time permanent position offers a starting salary of up to A334,000 per year, with an attractive achievable bonus reaching A37,000 annually.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor and possess a solid understanding of Gross Profit (GP) and Labour cost control. We highly value passion for food and customer service, with a focus on training, inspiring, and leading a happy and motivated team. Experience in quick service restaurants (QSR), bar management, restaurant operations, or contract catering is welcomed. Above all, a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences is essential.
