Assistant Manager Quality

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Quality position at Cybele Industries Ltd based in Chennai involves comprehensive oversight of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and IATF standards, focusing on continuous system enhancements and quality leadership.

Key Duties

• Ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of IMS and IATF systems.
• Preferably possess experience with wiring harnesses to support quality processes.
• Coordinate and manage internal audits as well as Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Develop training materials and manage procedural documentation.
• Handle internal and external complaints efficiently, including supplier audit processes.
• Lead the enforcement of new quality standards within the organization.
• Supervise and guide the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team.
• Champion a culture aimed at achieving zero defects in quality deliverables.
• Oversee product safety approval processes to ensure compliance and safety.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality assurance performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
