Role Overview

The Public Transport Promotion Division undertakes significant initiatives focused on enhancing the public transport experience within the Public Transport Group. These include improving the commuter journey, encouraging inclusivity and a considerate culture, managing travel demand, providing bus service information, and driving organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate extensively with internal teams, government agencies, and public transport operators to support and coordinate commuter-focused projects.
• Analyze and interpret commuter feedback, engagement results, and related data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for service enhancement.
• Create comprehensive analysis reports, presentations, and communication collateral to facilitate informed discussions and track implementation progress.
• Lead and implement initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive and considerate commuting behavior among the public.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and situational awareness required to assess complex scenarios.
• Comfortable handling numerical data and proficient with spreadsheets.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to develop partnerships and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in preparing clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication materials.
• Experience in volunteer coordination, community outreach, or customer-facing programs is a plus.
• Open to candidates with no prior formal work experience.
