Assistant Manager, Plant Talent Experience

About the Role

This position oversees all aspects of Plant Talent Experience, ensuring efficient personnel document management, services, and the prompt resolution of employee concerns. It aims to maintain precise employee records, deliver exemplary support to company employees within service-level agreements, and actively promote continuous enhancement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update employee information accurately in the Masar system ("SuccessFactors").
• Ensure timely and precise handling of employee documents including contracts and related paperwork.
• Offer guidance and clarifications about Human Resources policies and procedures to employees.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address issues or inconsistencies related to employee data and documents.
• Respond promptly and accurately to employee requests.
• Deliver effective resolutions to employee issues and grievances without delay.
• Manage personnel services such as renewing employment contracts and updating associated documentation in Masar.
• Identify and initiate improvements to processes, incorporating best practices for enhanced efficiency.
• Continuously update knowledge of relevant labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Lead the Plant Talent Experience team including task delegation, support, guidance, and managing vendor relationships.
• Generate reports, handle administrative matters, and assist in developing HR policies.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bring at least five years of relevant professional experience.
