About the Role
In the role of Performance and Rewards Manager at JTC Corporation, you will be accountable for managing the organization's performance management systems and total rewards frameworks. Your primary objective is to ensure that staff members receive fair, market-competitive, and goal-aligned recognition and compensation. This role involves steering significant annual initiatives and collaborating closely with senior leaders to perpetually refine the company’s rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering yearly performance management programs, including appraisal cycles, ranking and promotion exercises, merit-based salary increases, and adjustments.
- Assessing and enhancing performance management policies in accordance with Public Service Division (PSD) directives and JTC’s performance principles.
- Driving compensation and benefits analysis such as market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job evaluations to maintain competitive talent acquisition and retention.
- Providing guidance and resources to line managers and HR Business Partners to facilitate effective performance discussions.
- Working with HR Systems and Data teams to harness analytics for informed decision-making in rewards and policy evaluation.
- Cooperating with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to manage grievances tied to performance results.
- Staying current with Whole-of-Government (WOG) advances in performance management and rewards, proposing enhancements for JTC’s frameworks.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 5 to 8 years of experience in performance management, compensation and benefits, or related human resources roles.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore’s public sector HR policies, PSD regulations, and labor laws.
