Job description
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager of Partner Engagement will focus on nurturing strong connections with sector partners within the community care environment. This position is geared towards evolving into an Anchor Account Manager role, tasked with enhancing partner capabilities, amplifying their impact, and aligning strategies with the Ministry of Health and the Agency for Integrated Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with Community Care Partners to thoroughly comprehend their needs and ambitions.
- Serve as the central liaison and go-to advisor for Partners, guiding them through policies, schemes, and regulations related to community care services such as Centre-based Care, Home Care, and Nursing Homes.
- Provide operational support including assisting with service and initiative implementation, ensuring adherence to licensing and service standards, and collaborating on innovative solutions.
- Facilitate capacity building and foster growth in Partners' delivery of community care services.
- Drive enhancements in operational workflows and care service delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to encourage Partners' engagement in programs and initiatives aimed at strategic development.
- Oversee monitoring of Partners’ implementation plans, track progress, and maintain a repository of critical information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare or community care sectors, with preference for backgrounds in stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Proficiency in basic statistical analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Friendly demeanor and earnest dedication to supporting Partners in the Community Care Sector toward success.
