Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our store management team as an Assistant Manager. This role involves assisting in the daily operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring excellent guest services. To equip you for success, we provide a comprehensive paid Store Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks, along with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and assist with management duties.
• Hire, lead, and motivate team members to achieve store financial targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences at all times.
• Participate in training programs designed to prepare you for leadership success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma is a basic requirement.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store located within a 50-mile radius of your home.
• Availability to work varying schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Food Safety knowledge with Serve Safe certification.

Working Conditions and ADA Information

The role involves working in fast-paced, often hot environments with exposure to steam and food vapors. Duties require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are necessary.
