Job Overview

We are looking to recruit fresh graduates for the position of Assistant Manager. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately using various communication channels including email, webchat, letters, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions quickly and precisely through multiple mediums such as email, phone, webchat, and letters.
• Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate service solutions.
• Regularly update internal systems with details of technical problems and significant customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer complaints and requests.
• Inform customers about new product features and promote digital service channels.
• Follow up diligently with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in all transactions.
• Contribute to creating and sustaining a positive workplace environment while adhering to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed graduation (Any graduate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
