Job description
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will partner closely with the General Manager and serve as the primary on-site leader for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. This position emphasizes driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and upholding product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant functions.
- Lead efforts to optimize sales growth and enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure food products consistently meet quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- A strong willingness to acquire new skills and pursue professional development.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
