Role Overview
The Assistant Manager acts as the primary day-to-day leader within the restaurant, collaborating closely with and reporting directly to the General Manager. This position emphasizes driving sales, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of restaurant cleanliness, and upholding product quality.
Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience in the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education.
- A strong willingness to learn and pursue professional growth.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
