Job description
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager acts as the primary leader in the restaurant on a daily basis, working in coordination with and reporting directly to the General Manager. The focus areas include driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and upholding top product quality.
Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant industry
- Completed a minimum of high school education
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally
- Possession of a valid driver's license
