Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Threat Management

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is recruiting a seasoned and strategic Assistant Manager for Cybersecurity Threat Management. This pivotal leadership position involves supervising the detection, analysis, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks to protect vital organizational data and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the threat management program including collection, analysis, and communication of threat intelligence.
• Manage incident detection and response operations to ensure prompt and effective resolution of security events.
• Design and implement advanced threat hunting and mitigation tactics customized to organizational risk profiles.
• Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to enhance sharing and coordination of threat intelligence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the cybersecurity threat management team, encouraging skill growth and collaboration.
• Compile and deliver threat intelligence reports and risk evaluations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor emerging threat landscapes, tactics, and innovations, incorporating this intelligence into processes.
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of professional experience in cybersecurity threat management, incident response, or similar roles.
• Thorough knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks, security operations, and incident response approaches.
• Demonstrable leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with sophisticated threat detection tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication prowess, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CTIA, GCIH.
