About the Role
Domino's Pizza is seeking experienced candidates with prior pizza industry experience, either with Domino's or another brand, for the position of Assistant Manager. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong judgment, numerical skills, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities during your shift following initial training.
- Manage cost controls, inventory monitoring, cash handling, and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Lead by example, strictly following all company policies and procedures and ensuring your team does the same.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability goals.
- Maintain a perfect store image and adhere to the company's operational standards.
