Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager position involves specialized knowledge and application of various advanced prompting techniques for large language models (LLMs). You will be expected to proficiently handle methods such as prompt chaining, automatic reasoning, tool usage, program-aided language models, reflexion, ReAct, and Tree of Thoughts, ensuring effective tuning of system instructions and prompts.
Dynamic prompt management is a key aspect, including incorporating changing user inputs, current date, and time into prompts. Additionally, the role entails researching, gathering, and preparing pertinent knowledge bases to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and utilizing query augmentation strategies for enhanced system response. Preparing and fine-tuning few-shot demonstrations will also be integral to optimizing LLM performance. Exposure to various techniques that enhance system prompt accuracy and task-specific outcomes is expected.
