About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations including recruiting, overseeing, and directing team members to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest service. Responsible for making the store successful with the support of a comprehensive store leadership training lasting three or more weeks.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate to any store within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
• Food Safety certification: Serve Safe certified.

Working Conditions and ADA Statement

The role demands working in hot environments with steam and food vapors, confined workspaces requiring prolonged standing, handling hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and carrying weights up to 50 lbs. Employees need strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and effective conflict management abilities.
