About the Role

Join Panda Express as an Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in managing a single restaurant location. You will be responsible for hiring, leading, and supervising associates to meet financial targets while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. To prepare for success, you will participate in over three weeks of paid leadership training.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your residence.
• Availability for a flexible schedule involving opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays driven by business requirements. Religious accommodations may be considered.
• Certification in Food Safety with Serve Safe is required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role involves standing for extended periods, working in hot kitchen environments with steam and food vapors, and handling kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives. You need to be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching across counters, and operating in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage.
