About the Role
Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Nampa, ID. We are dedicated to the professional and personal growth of our associates, providing paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you thrive within our community.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single Panda Express location. Your duties include hiring, directing, and managing associates to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest service. Success of the store relies heavily on your leadership, complemented by a comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program.
Desired Skills & Experience
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your residence for store placement.
- Availability for varied work hours, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe is required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work involves standing for extended periods in hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environments. Tasks require food preparation, operation of kitchen equipment, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Effective communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.
