Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, adherence to safety protocols, and performance management while ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and relevant laws.
• Facilitate employee engagement by helping organize recognition schemes, special occasions, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
• Handle HR information systems by managing employee data, tracking changes in employment status, maintaining records for training and disciplinary actions, and generating reports on critical HR performance metrics.
• Lead and motivate HR team members by supervising responsibilities, monitoring work performance, offering coaching support, and nurturing a constructive and productive organizational culture.
