Key Responsibilities

• Assist and ensure the safety of guests in the pool and fitness areas.
• Guide tours showcasing the spa, pool, and gym facilities.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain tidiness in pool and fitness areas by managing towel bins, organizing furniture, and arranging storage shelves.
• Perform thorough cleaning duties as needed.
• Provide instruction on proper use of gym equipment and facilities.
• Verify guest registration before issuing hotel property.
• Follow strict health and safety protocols, including sanitizing spaces and equipment.
• Monitor inventory to prevent loss and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks covering products, equipment, and towels.
• Assist with reception desk duties when requested by supervisors.
• Compile weekly lists of required items for ordering.
• Promote excellent guest and member experiences through attentive service.
• Conduct fitness assessments and lead fitness programs and inductions.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage for gym, pool, and reception areas.
• Keep reception, changing rooms, poolside, and gym spaces impeccably clean.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Promote gym facilities to hotel guests and potential members.
