Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to drive excellent service and uphold the Nando's brand and values.
• Ensure delivery of an outstanding customer journey every day, both in-restaurant and through other channels.
• Manage the restaurant as part of the leadership team and contribute to operational success.
• Identify and nurture future managerial talent within your team.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

Requirements and Profile

• Strong passion for hospitality, food, and people management.
• Previous experience in a management role demonstrating high energy and leadership skills.
• A commitment to motivating and engaging teams effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for delivering perfect PERi-PERi experiences.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally throughout the role.
