Role Overview

Assist the Front Store Manager in overseeing human, physical, and financial resources to meet store goals. Focus on streamlining product flow from storage areas to the sales floor to optimize the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to enhance customer experience, attract foot traffic, and boost profitability.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure store standards are fully upheld, including backroom operations.
• Support the Front Store Manager in labour scheduling by utilizing Work Force Management tools to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staff levels are sufficient to operate the store efficiently.
• Comply with company Human Resources policies and standards.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring staff for all departments except Pharmacy.
• Manage wage administration within company guidelines.
• Promote a positive workplace culture, engage staff, and lead by example following the company's Core Values.
