Role Summary

Support the Front Store Manager in overseeing the store's human, physical, and financial resources to achieve business goals, with a special focus on optimizing product flow from storage areas to sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high store standards to enhance customer satisfaction, increase foot traffic, and boost profitability.
• Collaborate with management to ensure consistent implementation of store standards, including backroom operations.
• Assist in labor scheduling alongside the Front Store Manager, utilizing Workforce Management systems for peak labor efficiency.
• Ensure that adequate staffing is in place for smooth store operations.
• Adhere to Human Resources policies and standards.
• Support recruitment efforts across departments, excluding Pharmacy.
• Manage wage administration within established guidelines.
• Promote a positive workplace culture, motivate staff, and exemplify core company values.

Additional Information

This position offers a competitive hourly wage range from $19.20 to $22.20, dependent on experience and location. Work schedules are flexible to accommodate various shifts.
