Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to daily department operations, collaborating across the store to ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience and team members feel valued and motivated.
  • Promote safety as a fundamental priority by ensuring all store procedures are accurately followed for the wellbeing of staff and customers.
  • Engage with customers by consistently demonstrating the Everyday ACTs principles: Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Support your department team effectively by learning and understanding operational tasks thoroughly.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes and foster a positive team environment.
  • Begin developing your personal leadership style with a commitment to progressing into future leadership positions.
  • Appreciate and support the importance of teamwork across multiple stores to enhance overall customer shopping journeys.

Work Schedule

Typical roster covers Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility to work a four-day week, balancing professional commitments with personal life.
