Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the seamless operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring the guest service experience is delivered at the highest standards.
• Collaborate within a team aiming to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and positively to inquiries.
• Assume accountability for assigned roles and tasks, executing all duties promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental plans and hotel-wide objectives.
• Work closely with supervisors to manage costs, control inventory, and maintain productivity and performance benchmarks.
• Forge and sustain effective working interactions while upholding the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, implementing best practices for internal and external audits, and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive, hands-on approach paired with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong dedication to excellent guest service driven by a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to take ownership and devise innovative solutions for assigned responsibilities.
• High personal integrity and commitment to maintain excellence in a dynamic working environment.
• Familiarity with various IT systems and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
