Assistant Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Assistant Educator with a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services to join the dedicated team at Great Beginnings Kariong Centre. You'll be part of a supportive early childhood education team committed to fostering an exceptional learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Centre

Our facility offers spacious indoor and outdoor play areas and is outfitted with the latest age-appropriate technologies and learning tools. The centre accommodates up to 108 children and operates between 6:30am and 6pm, providing a vibrant setting for both children and educators alike.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of an ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven experience working as an educator with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certification
