Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Assistant position based in Doha involves supporting the restaurant's daily operations. Key duties include managing reservations, welcoming guests, and helping with table arrangements to ensure seamless service. The Assistant will also handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries, provide administrative support to management by preparing documentation, reports, and schedules, and conduct basic inventory verifications. Collaboration with both kitchen and service teams is essential, alongside supporting special events or promotional activities. Maintaining professionalism, hygiene, and safety standards is critical while fostering a hospitable environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
