Role Summary

The Asset Disposal Manager based in Hyderabad will oversee the comprehensive process of selling and disposing of real estate properties, non-performing assets, stressed assets, and secured properties. The role focuses on ensuring timely asset resolution while maximizing value for the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sale and disposal activities related to NPA, stressed, and secured real estate assets.
• Coordinate appraisal, due diligence, document management, and necessary approvals for property disposal.
• Manage various disposal processes including auctions, e-auctions, and private treaty sales.
• Engage with valuers, brokers, auction houses, legal teams, and potential buyers effectively.
• Drive value maximization and ensure prompt closure of property transactions.
• Collaborate closely with legal, recovery, and collections teams along with other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain management information systems (MIS) to monitor property inventory, aging, offers, and finalized sales.
• Comply strictly with bank policies and applicable regulatory or legal requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 4 to 9 years of demonstrated experience in managing NPAs, property disposals, stressed asset recoveries, secured asset sales, or real estate asset management.
• Strong background working within banks, NBFCs, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), or related financial institutions is preferred.
