Role Summary

The Asset Disposal Manager will oversee the comprehensive disposal and sales processes for real estate properties, non-performing assets (NPA), stressed assets, and secured properties. This role prioritizes achieving timely resolutions and maximizing value recovery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the disposal and sale of NPA, stressed, and secured real estate assets.
• Manage coordination for property valuations, due diligence, documentation, and securing necessary approvals.
• Conduct property auctions, including e-auctions, private treaty sales, and other relevant disposal methods.
• Interact effectively with valuers, brokers, auction houses, legal teams, and potential purchasers.
• Ensure the highest possible recovery value through efficient and timely completion of sales.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Recovery, Collections, and other internal departments.
• Maintain detailed management information systems (MIS) tracking property inventory, asset aging, offers received, and successful closures.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold a graduate degree and bring 4 to 9 years of experience specifically in NPA or property disposal, stressed asset resolution, secured asset sales, recovery processes, property auctions, or real estate asset management. Prior work experience with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), or comparable financial institutions is preferred.
