Job Overview
Stream-Flo Industries seeks an Assembly Technician reporting to the Assembly, Test, and Paint (ATP) Supervisor. The role involves assembling, testing, and painting wellhead components with a strong focus on quality and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, stamp, and test wellhead parts according to work order specifications.
- Ensure all assembly and testing processes comply with safety regulations and are performed conscientiously.
- Confirm assembly and testing results meet the work order requirements.
- Identify and mark any non-conforming components.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation and equipment to Stream-Flo standards.
- Follow work order and process traveler instructions; accurately complete job sheets or record time in the ERP system.
- Log any machine, crane, or hoist issues and promptly inform the Maintenance Department or supervisor about downtime.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Lead Hand or Supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma preferred; relevant experience with wellhead equipment and oilfield industry advantageous.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-driven individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
