Job description
Role Overview
Randstad India Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the position of Production Assembly Operator based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves managing various aspects of the assembly line process to optimize production efficiency and ensure quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and validate necessary tools and fixtures for assembly operations.
- Conduct line balancing and study cycle times to improve workflow.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Develop and maintain assembly line setups effectively.
- Analyze data and apply problem-solving techniques to address production issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
- Professional Experience: Between 1 to 8 years in relevant fields.
Additional Information
- Salary Range: INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,50,000 per annum.
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts including A, B, and C shifts.
- Benefits: Complimentary food and transportation cab services for employees residing within 10 to 15 kilometers of the workplace.
