Overview
This opportunity is for students enrolled in a Diploma course in Two-Wheeler Manufacturing Technology, jointly certified by NTTF and JIM (Japan-India Institute for Manufacturing). The role involves hands-on training as an Assembly Fitter within the Production Department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Completed 10th grade or 12th grade with failure.
- Age Range: Between 18 and 21 years.
- Gender Distribution: 75 male candidates and 25 female candidates to be selected.
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training within the Production Department for a comprehensive understanding of assembly fitting processes in two-wheeler manufacturing.
Work Details
- Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day in shifts (three shifts).
- Number of Positions: 100 vacancies available.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend amounting to ₹16,775.
- Paid leave entitlement of 1.5 days per month.
- Medical insurance coverage up to ₹1,00,000.
- Accidental insurance coverage up to ₹7,50,000.
