PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is looking for a skilled Assembler to work on assembling flexible circuits using small tools and microscopes, including soldering and applying coatings. This role supports first shift hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand assembly tasks such as soldering components with an iron and applying epoxies or coatings using dispensing equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections on work in process to detect defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Carry out self-inspections and review assemblies completed by other team members.

- Follow the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct in all activities.
- Promptly report any quality issues or defects to management to enable corrective measures and prevent recurrence.
- Remain flexible to task adjustments to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Proficiency in handling small hand tools including tweezers, solder wick, and precision cutters, as well as the use of microscopes during assembly.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with product diagrams and schematics is advantageous.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Compensation
The hourly wage is $17.60.
