Position Summary

dormakaba is looking for an Assembler I to join its Montreal team. This role involves executing various sub-assembly duties by adhering to defined work instructions, processes, and quality standards. You will follow verbal and written guidelines to assemble products precisely and efficiently, contributing to productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct sub-assemblies by following clear and straightforward work instructions.
• Package assorted components securely.
• Perform testing on sub-assemblies to ensure quality compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven proficiency in multiple assembly procedures.
• Experience working with small electronic and mechanical component assembly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or French.
