Assembler - 1st Shift

Position Overview

Seeking an Assembler for the first shift to manually assemble products following specific customer requirements. The role involves ensuring that the assembled products meet or surpass quality standards while strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintaining cleanliness throughout the process by wearing designated attire is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or GED is essential.
• Experience in roles requiring reading and executing instructions attentively, troubleshooting, basic arithmetic, and clear communication.

Preferred Skills

• Exceptional precision and attention to detail in adhering to job specifications.
• Competence to detect and report materials that do not meet quality standards to Quality Assurance.

Physical Demands

• Must be capable of standing, bending, kneeling, walking, sitting, balancing, handling objects, and reaching areas.
• Ability to lift or move weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds.
• Required visual abilities include close-up, distance, color recognition, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to refocus.
