Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to established procedures to assemble parts and components safely and without defects.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to foster continuous process improvements and reduce waste.
• Operate industrial power tools and use lifting equipment to handle heavy parts efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least six months of prior work experience.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet business requirements.

Physical Demands

• Capable of sitting or standing for long durations.
• Perform repetitive tasks reliably.
• Able to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Experience

• Over two years of consecutive employment in industrial assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Progressive work history indicating career development.
• Experience assembling heavy equipment machinery.

Compensation

The pay rate ranges from $19.28 to $24.12 per hour, influenced by qualifications, experience, and market location. Salary comprises only a portion of total rewards offered.
