About the Role
Take a leading role in shaping the future of performance and reward strategies regionally. As a Senior Manager in Performance & Rewards, you will architect and deploy innovative frameworks and programs that enhance employee engagement, drive motivation, and align with organizational objectives. Your influence will extend to working closely with leadership to foster a culture of high performance and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global performance and reward initiatives across the Asia region, ensuring effective localization and execution.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to address complex matters in performance and rewards, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Design and sustain competitive local reward programs in alignment with global frameworks and business aims.
- Track and evaluate performance and reward practices across countries; work with HR Directors to pinpoint priorities and opportunities.
- Manage wellbeing schemes and harmonize benefits regionally to maintain consistency and add employee value.
- Encourage collaboration and high performance throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to both global standards and local regulations concerning performance and rewards.
- Promote continuous advancement and innovation in reward practices to boost employee experience and business outcomes.
- Serve as a global lead for specialized performance or reward projects, integrating regional perspectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 7 years in senior rewards roles; experience with performance management is advantageous.
- Background in global companies, preferably within retail or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience working in multinational, regional contexts managing diverse reward and performance programs.
- Proven ability to deliver market-competitive reward systems that enhance motivation.
- Strong strategic and tactical skills with global and regional reward expertise.
- Effective communicator capable of conveying vision and setting priorities.
- Experienced in change management fostering improved employee retention and business performance.
- Previous HR or reward partnership experience is a plus.
- Leadership skills with a track record in managing teams.
- High competency in influencing and communication.
- Good analytical and financial skills.
- Experience using SuccessFactors is beneficial.
