About the Role

MCA Architects is a prominent architectural firm handling a diverse portfolio including commercial, healthcare, hotel, and hospitality projects. Successful candidates will engage in multiple projects at different phases, including potential site-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Autodesk Revit models and produce technical drawings across various project stages.
• Assist design teams by resolving issues related to detailing, coordination, and constructability.
• Create precise and comprehensive construction documentation for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Uphold rigorous BIM standards and maintain high-quality project information.
• Participate in enhancing Revit workflows and refining office standards continuously.
• Provide support for site queries and activities during the construction phase when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Between five to seven years of experience in architectural practice following qualification.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of technical design principles and construction detailing.
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and coordinated project management.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team approach.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with practical problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in assembling detailed design and construction packages.
• Understanding of site construction processes.
