Responsibilities

• Create and manage Revit models as well as produce detailed technical drawing packages spanning multiple phases of projects.
• Provide support to design teams by resolving detailing, coordination, and constructability challenges.
• Generate precise and comprehensive construction documentation tailored for extensive projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external consultants to ensure cohesive project completion.
• Uphold rigorous BIM standards and maintain quality of project information.
• Participate in refining Revit workflows and enhancement of office protocols.
• Offer assistance with site inquiries and construction support when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Expert level proficiency with Autodesk Revit is a must.
• Thorough understanding of technical design concepts and construction detailing.
• Experience involved with large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality development projects.
• Familiar with BIM methodologies and the collaborative project delivery process.
• Effective communication skills coupled with a team-oriented approach.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under demanding deadlines.
• Attention to detail combined with a pragmatic and solution-focused outlook.
