About JFOC Architects
JFOC Architects is a research-oriented architectural practice with a focus on housing design. Since 1987, the firm has contributed to the creation of over 9,000 residential units. It integrates a design-led approach dedicated to delivering thoughtfully crafted low-cost housing that enhances public spaces and fosters a strong community atmosphere. The merger with Dominic Stevens Architects in 2016 brought an increased emphasis on research, resulting in innovative housing typologies that are currently being built.
