Architectural CAD Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Architectural CAD Operator with 2-3 years of experience in the architectural domain to join our team based in AlUla, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Duties

• Create and update architectural shop drawings, as-built plans, and detailed schematics.
• Ensure integration and coordination of architectural drawings with structural and MEP systems.
• Revise drawings to reflect actual site conditions and feedback from consultants.
• Verify compliance of all drawings with project guidelines and approved standards.
• Maintain precise documentation of drawings and adhere to project submission timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and on-site personnel for smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrable 2 to 3 years experience in architectural drafting roles.
• Strong command of AutoCAD software.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Hands-on experience preparing shop and as-built drawings.
• Able to perform under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Must be willing to work on-site in AlUla location.
