Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Associate to support comprehensive project development from initial concept through to final execution, focused on residential township projects. This role involves designing innovative and detailed architectural solutions while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all phases of project workflow, from planning to delivery.
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of residential developments.
- Develop creative, high-quality architectural plans including conceptual sketches, technical documentation, and detailed specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and construction teams to resolve design and implementation challenges, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Track project timelines and contractual obligations to maintain adherence to schedules.
- Represent the organization in project and technical meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, such as engaging in design competitions.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software including AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM tools like Revit, and visualization programs such as Enscape and Lumion.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suites.
- Strong knowledge of planning and building regulatory frameworks and codes.
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a well-developed sense of aesthetics.
- Sound understanding of the architectural industry and related practices.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work systematically.
