As part of our Professional Services team, the Architect role focuses on designing and planning technology solutions grounded in VMware and Hyper-V platforms. This position serves as a technical leader, supporting enterprise and public sector clients through workshops and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement VMware and Hyper-V cloud and collaboration solutions tailored to client needs and deadlines.
• Act as the technical authority for VMware / Hyper-V projects, including upgrades, installations, configuration, migrations, security improvements, management, policy creation, and training.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and Microsoft vendors for installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting aligned with service-level agreements.
• Guide and mentor team members such as Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on both technical and interpersonal skills.
• Provide expert advice and manage complex solution and service deployments with strong customer interaction.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications related to VMware and Hyper-V technologies.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and speaking engagements requiring your technical expertise.

• Maintain expertise with current technology trends, continually improving delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Proactive approach prioritizing customer responsiveness.
• Passion for cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering excellent experiences.
• Educational background in Computer Science or IT or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Minimum 8 years in client-facing professional services or over 10 years in the relevant industry.
• Relevant certifications including VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Network Virtualization Deploy and Design (VCAP-NV 2024), VMware Cloud Foundation Architect (2V0-13.25).
• Technical expertise with VCF 9.0 architecture, hands-on experience with VCF 5x/9x, VCF Operations integration, VMware validated solutions, vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated base salary ranges annually from $120,800 to $151,000 plus 14% target incentives. Actual pay depends on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
