Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-premises role based in Patna for an Architect. The selected individual will be tasked with creating architectural concepts, producing detailed plans and drawings, and liaising with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project phases. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, reviewing designs, ensuring projects meet building codes and standards, and assisting with project documentation. The role also involves tracking project progress, troubleshooting design issues, and enhancing design quality through value engineering. Collaboration with internal teams to harmonize designs with budget, timeline, and quality goals is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept ideation, space utilization, and construction details.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration relevant to design applications, BIM platforms, or project management tools.
• Proficient in Project Management practices such as scheduling, planning, coordination, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with design and drafting software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, alongside fundamental proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledgeable about local building regulations and standards, with specific regard to Patna and nearby areas.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and documentation capabilities, with a collaborative on-site work ethic.
• Possession of a professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institute; licensure or registration is advantageous.
• Preferable prior experience in architectural design and project coordination for residential or commercial structures.
