Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Architect position in Patna involves creating innovative architectural designs and concepts for residential properties. Responsibilities include preparing detailed technical drawings and documentation, ensuring adherence to applicable local building codes and standards. The architect will work closely with clients to capture their requirements, liaise with multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, supervisors, and construction managers, and perform site inspections to monitor progress and address any design challenges. The role also encompasses project planning participation, assisting in material selection, and helping to uphold quality, cost transparency, and schedule compliance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Sound educational background in Architecture or Architectural Design with expertise in producing functional and visually appealing residential designs.
• Proven experience managing projects, coordinating across teams, and supervising design implementations on the construction site.
• Understanding of software development and integration relative to design tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, or construction technology platforms.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, capable of creating precise drawings and technical documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, construction norms, and residential construction best practices within India.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification, with licensure or professional registration considered advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities, adept problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder management, enabling successful collaboration on-site.
• Prior work experience in residential or construction technology sectors, particularly in urban Indian environments, is preferred.
