Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect (m/f/d) with building submission authorization for our locations in Brehna, Berlin, Hamburg, Erfurt, and Hannover.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, planning, and conceptualizing commercial areas, office spaces, and modern work environments for our branches and central offices.
• Developing design concepts in close collaboration with the executive board.
• Directly liaising with site managers on construction matters.
• Conducting measurements/surveys of existing buildings and new projects, including their three-dimensional documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or M.A.).
• Registered on the architects’ list with building submission authorization compliant with regional building codes.
• Substantial professional experience in structural and industrial construction or interior architecture (residential, administrative, or commercial buildings).
• Proficient in standard CAD software, especially ArchiCAD.
• Fluent and confident written and spoken German communication skills.
• Possession of a Class B driving license.
