The studio emphasizes context-sensitive work, ensuring each project reflects its environment and serves the users' needs. Their portfolio includes residential, commercial, and retail projects, with a collaborative team that prioritizes balancing aesthetics with practicality.
Role Overview
The Architect will conceive and develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings for varied projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Responsibilities include preparing design proposals, collaborating with interior designers and consultants, producing construction documentation, and ensuring alignment with regulations, budgets, and project objectives. Regular site visits in Vadodara will be conducted to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and liaise with contractors to uphold the design integrity. The role also entails client interaction, assisting in project scheduling, and managing deliverables efficiently. This is a full-time position based on-site in Vadodara.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid background in Architecture and Architectural Design with the ability to develop conceptual and detailed plans.
- Experience integrating software development and BIM tools to streamline architectural workflows.
- Skilled in Project Management involving planning, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Proficient with design and documentation software like CAD, SketchUp, and similar tools; familiar with building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Architecture, with appropriate licensure or registration.
- Collaborative mindset suited for studio environments, excellent communication skills for client and contractor interaction, and adaptability to project demands.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for context-driven, functional, and enduring designs.
